Due to the nature of the digital content, all sales are final.  LEADS LLC makes a good faith effort to ensure that customers understand the functions and capabilities of the digital products offered on this site.  However, if slight modifications to a product is needed and the modifications are value added, LEADS LLC will work with you.  Just initiate a dialogue through our CustomerService@LEADSLLC.NET. 

 

Information collected on this site is used for processing payments.  Customer's email address may be used to inform them of bug fixes or updates to previously purchased product.  AT NO TIME will LEADS LLC send an unsolicited email with product attached.  Most of the product files are augmented with Visual Basic for Applications which carries with it some security risks.  Free upgrades will be delivered via email with a link to the updated file.

Customers may opt in to receive notifications on new offerings or other newsworthy articles.  There is no regularly scheduled newsletters.
